India Thompson is an interdisciplinary artist from San Diego, California. She holds a B.A. in Applied Design from San Diego State University. Her present work explores childlike imagination, overlooked spaces, and the theme of discovery. Using thrown and hand-built clay forms, frequently left unglazed, she creates immersive worlds, providing an escape that invites contemplation, often through anthropomorphism and a reimagining of the mundane.
